OUR VISION
By nurturing exceptional viticulture and empowering uncompromising winemaking Domaine Wolf is creating an inter-generational flagship synonymous with excellence in Austrian wine.
We are building upon a rich heritage of Austrian winemaking - as far back as 1196 there are records of the thriving vineyards located in our area of Ried Steinbach/Ried Hoch Sernau - these are areas that were established alongside the Duchy of Styria itself.
Almost a thousand years later, Domaine Wolf’s unique vineyards are led by our team of judiciously selected winemakers. These are exceptional talents who have set the bar as Austria’s top winemakers and through Domaine Wolf we want to empower them to push on further still.
With our brand we are uniquely able to deliver the uncompromising resources required to ensure these exceptional vineyards, uncompromising cellars and talented winemakers are able to flourish.
Hoch Sernau
our new home
Ried Hoch Sernau is a steep slope sloping to the southwest, in which our vines enjoy the light of the sun almost all day and can therefore develop a very ripe, full aroma. It is also the site of the development of our new world-class cellar and headquarters.
Our new state-of-the-art cellar will be completed and operational in 2023.
We will be open to the public with the completion of Phase 2 in 2024.
